HOW TO REACH GURUVAYUR
By Road
Guruvayur is only 20 Km from Thrissur Town and 8 Km from
Kunnamkulam. The National highway (NH 17) is passing through Chavakkad which is 2 Km away from Guruvayur.
The private bus stand is very close to east nada of the temple. Both KSRTC and private busses offer interstate
services to all major South Indian cities like Coimbatore, Salem, Chennai, Uduppi,
Mookambika, Mangalore, Mysore, Bangalore, Palani, Madurai, Trichy etc.
By rail
Railway Station is situated in the East side of Guruvayur
Temple. It is connected to
Chennai-Mangalore main line at Thrissur Railway Station. Ticket Reservation facilities available from all locations.
